New Members Tournaments

This tournament is limited to RTC members who have joined the club since the last time New Members was played. It is a great way to meet other people who have recently joined RTC.

Team Play Tournaments

Normally, there are 8 teams with 5 players on each--giving 40 people a chance to play! Teams play on a main draw to find the overall winner, and a back draw to find the consolation winner.  All teams play 3 rounds to get overall standings.

Wild Card Tournaments

This tournament is unique in that participants are only required to be Rossmoor residents; they are not required to be members of RTC. Also, Wild Card is played on the first Saturday of every month except November thru January, and then June.

Wild Card Championship

On the first Saturday in November, a tournament is held to decide who are the champions of Wild Card. This event is by invitation only, and it is reserved for those who have either come in first, second or third in the previous Wild Cards that year.

Rossmoor Local Rules

The Rossmoor Golden Rain Foundation has issued Rules that apply to all Rossmoor Residents, Tennis Club Members, and all Guests.   Below are the Tennis Rules R106.1 and R106.2 concerning the Buckeye Tennis Complex.   Each Rule contains sections on Purpose and General Rules, which are identical but printed here only once to avoid duplication.   Following the General Rules are Specific rules for the Buckeye Courts.
