• finances  in good standing. new excel program makes statements easily prepared. BBQ  tennis and party being planned. Asked for additional post to go out to membership. Treasurer job description being formatted. 

Tournaments - Chris Slee

• Rio Vista reschedule is a problem. Will get list of all tournaments to publicity for publication. Amy Bollinger organizing New Members Meet and Greet Tourney June 22. Discussed format and intro of board members and captains to welcome new comers
